- Login to your account

- Click on Order history and the status of your current orders and past orders will be displayed

- Browse the items you want the order

- Add them to your cart / basket

- Click proceed to check out

- Enter the necessary information for billing and delivery

- Submit the information to process the order

- Click Login / Signup icon

- Click on the order history tab and view the status

- Simply remove the items from your cart

We Ship all orders via TCS Courier  

Most of our orders are delivered within 5 business days. In Rare cases, the time extends to 7 business days.

- The courier makes 2 attempts. Kindly ensure the right information is given along with contact number

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan 

Free delivery across Pakistan for the orders over Rs.999 and Rs.150 Delivery charges for the order under the value of Rs.999.

You are welcome to return the product for a full refund within a 7 day period provided. Product must be unused and with complete packing accessories which have sent to you. Custom printed products are non refundable. Delivery charges are not refunded  

In case of a damaged product, kindly email us at info@Rungsh.com 

For returns kindly courier the product to our address in Lahore and we'll reimburse you the cost for the product.
